Can anyone purchase the products?
The products are sold exclusively to clinics (with qualifications), certified doctors (with medical registration), hospitals (B2B), beauty salons (with qualifications), and medical device wholesalers following their official registration on the platform.
In which countries are the products shipped?
Shipments are made to all countries of the world according to the regulations of each country. The customer is charged with any taxes and import duties in the country (region) of the destination of the products.

What are the payment methods?
There are two payment methods;
1) By credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)
2) By bank transfer
Are there a minimum order quantity and discounts?
There is no minimum order quantity. Registered users have the option to purchase as many products as they wish (one item or more). Offers apply only for purchases of more than one item which can be found on the page of each product. Discounts are calculated according to the number of products contained in an order. Significant offers and discounts are also offered periodically on selected products.
What is the shipping cost, and how it is calculated?
The shipping cost is based on the weight and the volume of the package, the destination, and the choice of service provided. The cost is automatically displayed right before the order is confirmed so that the customer knows the exact amount prior to the order submission.
PRODUCT TRANSPORT SAFETY AND HANDLING FEES ARE FREE OF CHARGE, AND ARE NOT ADDED TO THE FINAL TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE ORDER.
What is the delivery time of an order?
Orders are delivered as soon as possible once the order is confirmed. The delivery time of an order is adjusted depending on the delivery point, and the time calculated by the partner courier company. For Europe the average delivery time is estimated at 2 to 4 days, while for countries outside Europe it is estimated at 4 to 7 days. Kindly note that the maximum delivery time for all products is 30 days, which is extremely rare, and may occur due to force majeure only.
In any case, the customer will be informed about the delivery time, and will be able to monitor the order status until its delivery through the tracking number of the courier company.
Are the products authentic, and where are they produced?
The products are 100% genuine and authentic, and are made by international brands and cosmetic manufacturers. The largest percentage of the products comes from Europe, the USA, Canada, and South Korea.
The sealed packaging of each product will always bear the following information, which will appear on the side of the packaging: batch number, production date, expiration date, and product code (serial number) ensuring its authenticity.
