Conditions and Methods of Payment
PRICING POLICY
The payment options for shipping products are the following:
- Online payment by debit or credit card
The cards accepted are VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO.
Payment is made by the Customer's card at the time of sending the order. The payment is “pending” and is not “withdrawn” from the account.
The Customer's card details are used by the intermediary bank, and stored by the Company with the Customer's consent, so that the Company can withdraw the sum from the designated account, and dispatch the product.
For the security of both the transactions and the customers, the Company has the right to check the validity of the Customer's card for any suspicion of fraud in accordance with the best practices defined by international card organizations.
The use of credit cards outside the EU may be subject to additional charges set by the bank used for the transaction.
- By bank transfer
The payment of the Customer's order should be made at the time the order is made, and prior to its sending to the Customer.
After having completed the payment, it is recommended that the Customer send a copy of the receipt along with the order number to the Company's e-mail for the confirmation.

In case of bank transfer payment, the Customer shall contact the Company to send them the bank details for the payment of their order.
The products remain the property of the Company until the Customer pays their order bill. The payment must be made prior to the order processing, otherwise the Company is not obliged to execute and deliver it.
Shipping costs shall be added to the total amount.
The Company reserves the right to change the price, modify, suspend or terminate the service without the Customer's consent.
