How to Join the Program
Simply place your orders summing to €3,000 or more within a calendar month. Our Customer Experience Team will contact you to inform you about your current level and benefits.
Terms
• Qualification for the VIP Client Program is based on meeting a minimum spending threshold of €3,000 or more within a specified time frame of a calendar month.
• Customers who qualify for the program will maintain their VIP status as long as they continue to meet the spending threshold within each qualifying period.
• If a customer fails to meet the spending threshold in the qualifying period, they will be notified and given an additional one-month grace period to reach the qualifications.
• If the spending threshold is not met within the additional period, the customer will lose their VIP status and will need to start over to requalify.
