If the Customer wishes to conclude a contract for the purchase of products from the Company through the Company's electronic platform, they shall be asked to provide their personal details (name, e-mail, address, contact number, VAT number, etc.), which are required for the conclusion of the contract, shall be limited to what is strictly necessary, and shall be requested only for the Customer's service. The Customer has the total responsibility for the completeness, accuracy, and truthfulness of their personal information, the accuracy of which, in any case, the Company as the recipient cannot check.
The Company processes and stores personal data for the purpose of compiling a list of customers. Customers shall be able to receive information messages about new Company products, discounts and offers, conducting competitions, market research, etc. following their explicit consent
Customers of the e-commerce platform shall be informed but also have the possibility to request to be informed about new products, offers, discounts, in whichever way they wish, such as sending information material by post or e-mail, as well as to request the termination of this service at any time.
The Company undertakes not to disclose customers' personal data for advertising purposes without their explicit consent.
Inaccuracies, omissions or typographical errors that may occur in relation to promotions, charges, prices, availability, product descriptions, shipping charges shall not give rise to any liability on the part of the Company, which reserves the right to correct errors, cancel orders, and inform the Customer about the submission of a new order.
The Company's e-commerce platform includes material and information from third parties (photos, external links, videos, etc.) provided to inform the Customer about the accuracy of the content and services of the aforementioned material, and the Company bears no responsibility whatsoever.
All the information listed shall not serve as a substitute for the expertise of health professionals but help to keep its customers updated.
B2B products can only be purchased by aesthetic and dermatology clinic (qualifications), doctors (medical registration), hospitals, and certified medical device wholesalers.
Intellectual Property
Any material contained in the Company's e-commerce platform in any form (e.g. texts, images, audiovisual material, graphics, photographs, drawings, charts, logos, databases, trademarks, distinctive features, distinctive title, etc.), even if not expressly mentioned in these terms, constitutes intellectual property of the Company and its partners, and the use of any element in whole or in part is not permitted without the prior permission of the Company.
